Dries Joseph is a founding partner of DNA Law. Throughout his career, he has acquired considerable expertise, mainly in company law and commercial law in the broadest sense. He advises, among others, shareholders and directors in important discussions at crucial moments.
Dries obtained his Master’s degree in Law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven cum laude, as well as a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Management, complemented by a partial MBA training at the Universität Bern (Bern, Switzerland).
After graduating, he spent more than ten years developing his experience as a lawyer in several renowned law firms as well as a strategic consultant in an international company. Dries has attended several international training programs on how to conduct successful negotiations. In 2018, Dries attended the post-graduate program Curator-vereffenaar (receiver-liquidator) at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
Assistant then guest lecturer, he is also involved in the academic world.
Its dynamic and entrepreneurial clientele – mainly composed of SMEs active in the services and distribution sector, but also in global franchise networks – values him for his proactive, pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
His entrepreneurial and commercial spirit is much appreciated by his clients, both for his advice on mergers and acquisitions and for the drafting of commercial contracts and their enforcement before the courts.
