Stéphanie Ngay-Katalay (born 18 September 1987) is a member of the Brussels Bar since October 2011. She obtained her Master’s degree in Law at the Université catholique de Louvain in 2010. She then attended the postgraduate Master’s program in Information Technology Law at the Facultés Notre Dame de la Paix and graduated in 2011.
Stéphanie specializes in ICT-law, personal data protection, intellectual property, as well as e-commerce, market practices and consumer protection. She also practices general commercial law, including dispute resolution and litigation.
Prior to joining DNA Law, Stéphanie worked as a senior associate in the Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) department of a leading Belgian law firm.
Stephanie has developed and acquired a thorough knowledge of the legislation relating to personal data processing and protection. In this respect, Stéphanie is a guest speaker at seminars on the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). Stéphanie already assisted several SMEs and multinational companies in the GDPR compliance and implementation work.
